Our next conversation is with Dr. Stuart Farrimond titled The Science of Living: 219 reasons to rethink your daily routine

Many of the activities we take for granted are in fact contrary to a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Stuart Farrimond challenges the long-held beliefs by new science: drinking eight glasses a day is too much; breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day; smartphones are not making us all depressed. Healthy living is crucial to maintain our mental wellbeing and face the challenges in academic environment.

Join us for the discussion on Wednesday 15th December at 5 pm CET
