Submit your entries to the Wellcome Photography Prize! This year, the Wellcome Photography Prize is exploring the human side of three urgent health challenges:
- Mental health problems > Show new ways to think about mental health problems and how to manage them.
- Infectious diseases > Show the realities of infectious diseases in a pandemic world, from personal experiences to political actions.
- Global heating > Show the places already affected by global heating, and the people finding innovative ways to protect each other.
Images must have been created after 31st December 2015.
Prize: the finalists of each category will receive £1,000. The single image and series winners will each receive £10,000. Prizes will be presented at an awards ceremony in summer 2021. The winning and shortlisted entries will then go on show at a public exhibition in London. If you’re a winner, you will also be offered a range of opportunities to showcase your work to different audiences. The winning images receive extensive international media coverage each year.
Who can apply: there are no geographical limits on submissions.
