Abstract:
In this workshop, we will teach participants how to use Inkscape, a free and open-source professional grade vector graphics design software, to easily create highly reproducible scientific figures for articles, posters or presentations. This is achieved by specifying important figure content directly from third party scriptable softwares pieces like ImageJ or Python. The result is an editable and reusable document with a mixed content of freely designed aesthetics and code supported reproducible elements.
