The Dalle Molle Foundation will award a total of 20'000 CHF (10’000 CHF for the winning project) to ongoing research projects that put digital science and technology at the service of humanity in order to improve the quality of life.
The Dalle Molle Foundation “Quality of life” prize promotes quality research that supports:
- the harmonious and balanced management of the city
- the promotion of human, economic, social and cultural activities
- the enrichment of communications and social interactions
- the sociocultural integration, autonomy, self fulfilment and dignity of disadvantaged people.
Only ongoing research projects, based in Switzerland or Italy, which have already been recognised by research funding bodies, public institutions or private companies for their scientific quality will be eligible.
Who can apply: the competition is open to individuals from all professional backgrounds, ages and disciplines.
Funding: CHF 10’000 for costs related to the improvement of the awarded research project.
Deadline: 30 May 2024
