Do you want to evaluate your mobility or test your cardiovascular capacities? Do you want to know your body composition and get advice on nutrition?
On Wednesday, May 4th, UNIL-EPFL Sports is offering you a health walk on the Dorigny campus in order to perform a basic health check-up for free! Between 11am and 2pm, three stands will be available to the entire university community on the UNIL-EPFL campus. Three different check-up themes will be available:
- Cardiovascular test: Place de l'Esplanade, EPFL
- Anthropometric measurements and nutritional advice: in front of the entrance of Unithèque, UNIL
- Joint mobility assessment: SOS2 entrance, Sports Center
This check-up day is part of the "Jours Santé" event, which traditionally takes place in October on both campuses. In 2022, the "Jours Santé" will take place over two weeks (one on each campus), addressing multiple aspects of everyday health.
