The Ig Nobel Awards honor research that makes people laugh, then think.
EPFL and NCCR MARVEL have the pleasure to invite you for the seventh time to the Ig Nobel Award Tour Show.
The show is in English.
A few free tickets may be still available here. Moreover about 50 tickets will be available directly at the entrance of the Forum Rolex just before the show at 5.00pm, and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The show will also be lived-streamed here.
If you no longer wish to take part in the event, please cancel your ticket(s) by sending an email to [email protected] so that others can participate.
This event is part of the 2026 Ig Nobel EuroTour. This year's program invites you to discover:
Marc Abrahams
Father of the annual Ig Nobel Prize ceremony and editor of Annals of Improbable Research
Mariska Kret, Leiden University, NL
2022 Applied Cardiology Prize winner for seeking and finding evidence that when new romantic partners meet for the first time, and feel attracted to each other, their heart rates synchronize
Marcin Zajenkowski, University of Warsaw, PL
2025 Psychology Prize winner for investigating what happens when you tell narcissists — or anyone else — that they are intelligent
Chris McManus, University College London, UK
