The Single-Cell and Spatial Metabolomics Online Day is a pioneering virtual conference taking place on Zoom on December 10th, 3 pm CET, or 9 am EST.
The event, organized by the La Manno and D'Angelo Labs at EPFL, will highlight major achievements in spatial and single-cell metabolomics over the past year, with a strong emphasis on methodological aspects, both experimental and computational. The line-up includes Theodore Alexandrov, Jonathan Sweedler, Peter Nemes, Melanie Bailey, and many more academic leaders in this area. MSc students, research professionals, start-ups, venture, and industry leaders are invited. The event is supported by the Human Cell Atlas, the HuBMAP, Decoding Bio, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). Q&A will be possible, and participants will be invited to join a Discord channel to foster interdisciplinary and international collaboration, in and out of academia.
