A symposium on "Iranian Scholars at Risk", on Tuesday, October 11,  2022, at 18:30 in Rolex Learning Center (Forum) at EPFL.
An in-person event to raise awareness about the recent violent repressions in the Sharif University of Technology in Iran and find ways to help the Scholars at risk in Iran.
The first part of the symposium is organized by EPFL: An EPFL's academic event, a talk by Prof. Patrick Ringgenberg, entitled "Understanding Contemporary Iran: a few keys." 

The second part of the symposium is organized by the Iranian Student Association at EPFL (IRSA):  A talk by  Dr. Gabriela Tejada, entitled  "Scholars at Risk network".
The talk is followed by a panel discussion on:
"How can we help the Iranian Scholars as a part of the academic community?"
The panelists are:
