Are you interested in the challenges of digital technology in the education system? Join us on 08.02.2020 at EPFL for a symposium with presentations, workshops and visits. This bilingual event (French / German) is free of charge.
Feedback from the first projects at the national level: Two political personalities, Cesla Amarelle (Canton of Vaud) and Stefan Kölliker (Canton of St. Gallen), heads of the education departments of two pioneering cantons pioneering the digital transition at school, will speak about the chellenges and opportunities this transition. In addition, Arja-Sisko Holappa, education counsellor at the Finnish National Agency for Education will provide an expert perspective based on the example of the Finnish schools.
This conference is part of the collaboration between EPFL's Education Outreach Department and the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences SATW on the topic of promoting young talent and is aimed at players in the Swiss education landscape.
